Rosanne joined L’Oreal USA as the Director of Shopper Insight in January 2014. She is responsible for overseeing all shopper based research across the organization to ensure that the shopper lens informs and influences business decisions, strategies and retail partnerships. Rosanne was most recently at Unilever for eight years, where she led the Shopper Insight team and oversaw activation research for Deodorant and Skin categories. She received her B.A. in Sociology from McGill University in Montreal.
