As CEO and later Chairman, Mikael Schiller has led the progressive fashion house Acne Studios from 1 to over 100 MEUR turnover in 13 years. The management owned brand from Stockholm, Sweden, has found an imitable path in merging ready-to-wear and streetwear, founded in a dynamic context where a clearly defined image and thriving business goes hand in hand as manifested in the continuous growth of own stores and a significant online commerce. Today, Acne Studios has flagship stores in Paris, London, New York City, Los Angeles, Stockholm and Tokyo. Mikael Schiller has a master degree from the Stockholm School of Economics. Before joining Acne Studios, he had a brief career as a fireworks entrepreneur, psychology teacher and investment manager.
